Hi, I’m Ana Lampman, founder and chocolate maker here at True Chocolate Company.
I am obsessed with the craft of chocolate making, working with cacao, testing new recipes, and creating high quality chocolate you can feel good about eating.
Fitness is big part of my life, and that passion for nutrition and strength training inspired me to do something different.
I wanted chocolate that supported my training without sacrificing flavor or quality. That’s how True Chocolate and the world’s first craft protein chocolate (True Whey) came to life.
True Chocolate is made with ethically sourced cacao, real ingredients (Some of which are grown right here on my farm), and zero additives, because I believe chocolate should feel as good as it tastes.

LampLand Farms is a small family-owned farm in the heart of the Willamette Valley, McMinnville, Oregon.
Jason Lampman, Ana Lampman and sons Kaz, Arrow & Rad are first generation farmers, with a dream of creating a sustainable and successful farm that provides our community with the freshest and highest quality products.
We offer sustainable, high-quality, small batch products such as insect FRASS, Chicken Treats (roasted black soldier fly larvae), snacking nuts (Hazelnuts and Walnuts), soil blends, and handmade crafts. In addition to our hand crafted Milk, Dark and Protein Chocolate (True Chocolate Company).
We prioritize quality over quantity and aim to promote sustainability, attract visitors to our collaborative neighbor Farm Stand, and expand online sales nationally through our website.

COLLABORATIVE NEIGHBORHOOD FARM STAND
Created in collaboration by the Lampman and the Higgins families. Our neighbor Farm Stand provides a variety of handcrafted, handmade and family grown products, plants and food. There is something here for EVERYONE!
(Products, food, plant starts, flowers and more are available and swapped weekly and seasonally)
All food and plants are organically grown. Never sprayed with any pesticides. Only oganic natural amendments and nutrients are used in our soil.

WHISKEY TANGO FARM STAND
The name Whiskey Tango is in honor of Daniel, A veteran Army Ranger. We reside on a 30 acre hillside homestead with 5 children. We are small town, small farm, small batch, simple and natural. We hope you enjoy all we have to offer and share the experience with others.
